Joy is sitting sitting n realising the self at work.

some days back, i realized meditation is about letting down of arising thoughts and emotions, this morning, i could see that it is as well, a practice of letting go the past n future

the heart is bored easily after listening or focussing on one thing, the current sounds/feelings/breath n the heart simply turns away n look for other things, they might b plans or things to do after this sitting or something fr the past.

so meditation is a practice of the current n present, which the heart is not accustomed to.

so after a while, the heart veers away, its the heart that doesn’t want to stay in the present.

but only in the present can u fully experience life n b free.

and i sort of could get in touch closer with my heart today, feel it

that is my realization for the day.
